Bhobo takes over the activities of the Greijmans Group

The purpose of this message is to inform you that Bhobo BV, with registered offices at Ambachtenstraat 44, 8870 Izegem, Belgium and company number 0423.493.882, has acquired the goodwill of the Greijmans Group BVBA effective 17/12/2019. This means that from now on you can contact us for new orders or requests for quotations.

This means that from now on you can contact us for new orders or requests for quotations.
We also wish to inform you that the following aspects are not part of the acquired goodwill: trade accounts receivable and other receivables, social liabilities, financial debts, social debts, fiscal debts, and trade accounts payable. For these aspects you should continue to contact the Greijmans Group.
Bhobo, a family-owned business based in Izegem and active in the brush sector, can look back on a 75-year history. With the acquisition of the goodwill of the Lommel-based Greijmans Group, Bhobo shows that it is heading toward a dynamic future.
Bhobo was founded in 1944 by Omer Hochepied and his wife Maria De Waele. Today their grandson Christophe and his spouse Hanne Corteville are running this vibrant business. The choice for a niche in the brush sector – wire brushes and feather dusters – has proven to be profitable. They supply products to numerous other brush companies and cleaning product distributors in more than 15 countries.
Following completion of the takeover process, the production activities of Greijmans will resume in Izegem after relocation of the machinery in early January.
The Bhobo team will also be reinforced to enable uninterrupted production of wire brushes and feather dusters. There is synergy between the products, and they fit in the vision of a niche player in the brush industry with “Made in Belgium'’ as a leading principle.
